If an alleged crime was committed, the school should have called the police and let them handle it. The police would have had better means - and more legal means - to find out if the gals had the money, since they deal with that all the time. Granted, schools do have "some" rights to act as "parents" during the school day (e.g. they can require that any medication must be taken at the nurse's office instead of carrying it around in a purse), but this was totally uncalled for and violates several of the gals' rights. I hope the parents of the gals at least pursue some type of lawsuit, at least to prevent any other student across the country from also experiencing this.

oh my goodness... I take it your going into 7th grade next year? It's really no big deal you know.
First of all, don't put handfuls of coverup and blue eyeshadow on. Eyeliner and lipgloss are all you need.
As for hairstyles, highlights, layers, side bangs, big headbands, bedhead, all winners.
And then for the clothes, don't shop at walmart for ANYTHING. Walmart is for when you were 5 and completely colorblind. I reccomend Sears, JCpennys, and Gordmans, Wet Seal, or Deb if your a bigger girl. Look for Tight Jeans and cute hoodies. If you want to go preppier, wear your shirts layered, and jewelery to match your shoes. (dont forget a purse)
Last, shoes. Pick one: DCs, Vans, Baby Phat, Puma, Ballet Flats all great shoes ;)

at the moment the trend is hawain skirts, you know the ones made out of palm trees, also the tie dye purple and yellow tshirts with just one sleeve. For purse girls are now using sometimes grocery bags or empty mayo bottles with a string to hold them. Lastly but very important is to use big nice block of ice (it can be if different colors) can be worn on top of the head. This last one is a bit trouble some because it can melt.

you with your own style and be unique! you will be more cool and popular (if that kind of thing matters to you) if you be yourself instead of trying to be like every single other 7th grade girl out there who has straight hair and dresses head to toe in hollister and abercrombie. they are all the same and its boringggg. i dont shop there and get complimented on my sense of fashion and cute outfits every day. oh and i have wavy hair. be yourself and dont worry about it!

They shop at Abercrombie, Aeropostale[sp?], Hollister, and American Eagle. They like having their hair super straight, scrunched, or messy buns.

my niece is in 8th grade but hollister and AF (so guess sort of preppy) is all the rage! for girls their ages and oh Uggs, Chuck Taylors, and coach coach coach and hair - straight is still 'in' and pulled back up in a ponytail w/a twist up in the back! (hope that makes sense)
