I want to send a newsletter as a JPEG in the body of an e-mail, but when I save it the hyperlinks don't work. Any ways around this?

You need to send an HTML e-mail, not a JPG.

No, because the hyperlink is not contained within the image itself. It is the image which is contained within the hyperlink. That is, if you want someone to visit a URL by clicking on a picture called ucla.jpg, then you would write the HTML like (if your e-mail client supports HTML formatting):

Try cutting up your JPG image into multiple images, then associating a different hyperlink with each image.

I am a bit confused in to what you are saying.. Are you asking if there are any picture formats that allow you to embed a hyperlink in it o.0? I do not believe there is such a format. Although you can always just create a hyperlink in the email itself and include the picture in the email below it or above the hyperlink.

I think your email recipient don't support HTML tags. If you are using Outlook under Format setting make sure you use HTML as format and not text.

Better way of getting around the problem is add the JPG as an attachment. The JPG attachments are always shown in line message if email client support HTML if not the user will have the document one click away.
