Yes, and not only that, but why is it when we respond to the violation notices - we never get our points back even though we were in the right? Hmmmm, I really have to wonder about this.

I wonder that myself. I also wonder why if I've reached my limit for asking for the day and then one of my questions is removed, why won't they give me another. Also, when I log on at 12:01 am, why aren't all of my limits reset at zero for the new day? I also wonder how it is people like us manage in the world with people like them supposedly in charge of things.
