What would be a good career for me to go into after 20+ years of teaching in Texas?

I have taught all grade levels and coached but am looking to get into something less stressful with similar pay. I am not wanting to move from the moderately sized town (65,000) where I live.

You should go into corporate training or curriculum development. Companies love hiring teachers since you have the classroom training experience.
