http://www.geneticengineering.org/ is apparantly a site dedicated to spreading knowledge of genetic engineering.

Your textbook if you have one is still probably the best source of information. As a general rule, for most common things, the textbook is the most reliable source with generally a great deal of information about something.

Alert: no NOT go to greenpeace, they're made up of a lot of misinformed christians, and what they say about genetic engineering is often wrong.
