You need to put it in a speech bubble coming out of a picture of George W Bush if you want it to sell.
As an aside at that point you can claim the shirt is parody, which offers some protection when using copyrighted material.

Sounds like you could sell a lot of them at the democrat socialist national convention. You could send freebees to each of the democrat presidential hopefuls, giving you free publicity. But you better watch out, cause if billary wants to use it for her slogan, and you try to sue her, you may find yourself being woke up in the middle of the night by one of carville's goons.
