Is It a waste of money if you buy items off ebay for diablo2:LOD items...i mean its just 10 dollars but i dont wanna waste money though o.O

NO its stupid to buy items off of ebay, also ebay is going to stop selling items like those from diablo or other online games. If you want an item that bad then find someone to trade done give up cash for it because if they found it then I'm sure you can find it as well especially online where everyone hacks so it shouldnt be to hard to find what your looking for.

Same as what "Sleeves" said... But if you're playing off-line you can use this editor to "make" items ( instead of buying them with real money ! ) and get rich instantly (just edit your gold, simple as that):
