I am a Real Estate Appraiser and I am thinking of starting a company where I would e-mail subscribers sales of properties in their neighborhood for a small fee. If there was a company that did this would you subscribe? My target market would be "For sale by owner" clients and also buyers that were interested in making an offer on a property. It would include all sales of properties in the neighborhood for a specificied amount of time.

Tons of realtors already send sold listings to specific neighborhoods all the time, as part of their ongoing marketing strategies. I personally wouldn't pay for this, knowing I can get it from an agent at any time. But I also know more than the average person might, being in the industry myself.

Any valuation service will do it, however NO ONE will do this for free. They target sellers ONLY because this is something that seller traditionally pay for.....but trust me, they will take your money and do a valuation for you.
