Does any one know what ants eat??

Ants love sweet things, When i was in Tenerife with my son & niece every time they dropped something sweet in the appartment an army of ants would surround it. Fasinating to watch.!!!

Ants eat food that we drop on the floor and the ants pick it up and take it to their hill

One time i find mine with some ants, i remember i eat so many chocolate the day before. im not diabetic but if the body cant breakdown to many sugar it tend to secreat it by urine or by sweat. That is why your underwear have ants.

anything that is sweet. don't leave food out on your desk. during the winter the cold weather drives them inside. once i found a whole trail of ants marching from the crack the window, across the window still, and onto my table to the crumbs of my candy bar. i had to spray them and now i feel guilty

it depends on what type some gather seeds and make bread from them some eat meat some eat anything some produce a kind of honey some farm fungus some keep cattle ie aphids the list gose on and on

They go to the park and eat everything in people's picnic baskets,and they bring the whole colony along. lol
