we dont have sperm. Men have sperm women have eggs that are inside and come out when we have a period in the blood if it is not fertilized by a mans sperm.
We do have secretions that come out when we orgasim or have sex it is either white or clear ...

No. The female version of sperm is the egg, and we only release one or two per cycle, and the release is not related to sex. We do secrete vaginal fluids when we're aroused that help with the friction. Some friction is good, of course, during sex, but too much hurts like hell. Also, some women ejaculate. Doctors aren't really sure what that ejaculate is. It might be vaginal fluids, it might be urine, or it might be something that's related to semen, but not actual semen.

no. men have the sperm, women the eggs. but they do ejaculate a material that is similar to semen... it just isn't. Shouldn't you know that though? maybe you should masturbate more... lol jk jk!
