Why do you have the right to abortion anyhow ?
If it is a constitutional right show me where it is written so it can be ammended .
They say it is the womans body , it is her choice . Didn't she make that choice when she had sex ? Nope in their view she didnt . So she has the choice to have sex or not and then to abortion or not . If she chooses to have the child then she has the right to child support too . So she gets all the choices ? yes she does . They said the man could have wore a condom, but the woman could have took birth control , or not had the sex . That was her choice . So since she had the choice to have sex or not , then had the choice to abort or not , without any choice being given to the man , how then can she demand child support ? shouldnt the man have the choice rather to pay the child support ? since she was the one who decided to have the child ?
I have never seen it written in the constitution that give rights to abortion but it does say that any power not given is reserved to the states
ALSO......... even though it isnt wrtten in the constitution giving any abortion right it is written in the constition that grants EVERYONE EQUAL PROTECTION UNDER THE LAW ! !
So if she has the right to have sex ! if she has the right to abort or not to ! then should she have the right to child support ?
Where is the equal protection under the law as granted via the constitution

if you don't want to have children or support children that's your equal right
then you have a right not to have sex and that child will never be aborted or have to be taken care of
children don't ask to be born -they just want to be loved and taken care of.
think before you have sex!!!!!!!!

Our government is divided into the Executive, Judicial, and Legislative Branch. That's the Constitutional part. The Judicial Branch is the one that makes the final call on what laws are final and which ones need to be reexamined. And basic law--basic ethics--say that children need some kind of financial support, and that support must come from their parents (did you think the mother would be off spending her own money on *other* things?) The law also says that you can't force a woman to have an abortion, and thank heavens, as even pro-choice people think abortion is a horrible option to have to choose, and rarely does anyone make it for mere financial reasons. SO--if you get a woman pregnant, you help provide financially for your child.
It makes sense to me.

its called roe vs wade, look it up and learn abortion law.
if the man doesn't want those problems he should not consent to sex, thus nullifying everything you said. it takes a man and a women both to make a baby happen and for that scenario to unfold and it is also that mans choice to abstain from a sexuall relationship completely.
so....
if a dude knocks a chick up, it is his responsibility to help take care of that child by law rather you like it or not.

so you want to put the woman who abort her 3 weeks old fetus? why stop there, arrest all women who had unprotected sex and drink because she's totally trying to kill the baby. Have you ever been in her shoe before? to be ridicule, pressured by people she trust, jeer and rejected by people who she thought was her friends just because of an accident? You can't stop 'love' with your 'hate'.

You start carrying the fetus for 9 months and take all the life threatening risks and we'll talk. Otherwise, you don't have a leg to stand on.
