Try to sit close to her during the period that you guys have together. Ask her about her other subjects, teachers, clubs, music, movies, news, current affairs, gossip, and general things like that. When you see her in the hall, smile and ask her where she's going, how was her last period, and close it by saying see you later in the period that you guys have together.
Take deep breaths, don't think about how nervous you feel, how she's going to react to you talking to her, or anything else. Just smile and say hi. Good luck!

Even though I don't know you I'm really happy for you. So there are a lot of things that you could do...you could start out with asking her some kind of a question in the class that you have with her. Maybe if she's having a conversation with someone about like a band, you could be like..." oh you like them? Do you like their song "insert song here" whether she's interested in you or not...you'll know. She might be happy to answer your question... or not. But at least then you're getting somewhere with how you feel and with her. Good Luck!

ooo someone has a crush... I can totally sympathize with the wanting to talk to the person you like and not quite knowing how. The best way to talk to/get this girls attention is to make an excuse to talk to her whether it be over AIM (asking about homework that you "forgot"). Also, try saying hello to this girl. By doing this, you may be able to create friendship and get her to see you positively, in a potentially "want to date you" way.
Oh, and not be attracted to the girl for shallow reasons shows that you're a personal who cares about substance in a person. This is something that many girls look for in guys!

Here's a good quote for you.
"Pretend you're confident until you are"
If you want to talk to her, just do it. Try to think of something to say first. Have a few seconds of conversation and don't plan to talk too long the first few times. Try telling her what you like about her . . I mean you said it wasn't her body.
Anyway, good luck dude. remember, she's just another person . . not a godess.

I feel the same about a boy in my school and want to know too. People said to me that I gotta talk to him, but it is tricky as we don't have the same lessons and we are not in the same year.

Make something up. Say something about the homework from the class or ask her like "is this yours?" or "did u drop something?" it might be cheesy but ur talking with her right?

I DARE YOU TO GO UP TO HER AND SAY?
I've seen you around, how about a movie sometimes? Pass her a note if you are too scared to talk to her.
