Nope, I'd get into my car and leave.
I wouldn't want someone knockin' on my rockin' car. ;)

Giggle, remember the good old days when my spine allowed ME to do such things, and move on as planned.
Unless, of course, I recognized the car and knew my best friend was one of the people inside. Then, I might sing something naughty in a loud and silly fashion as I got into my car and drove away. Just so she knew I was on to her so I could tease her later.
Think of what you would prefer if YOU were the one rocking the car!
Then act accordingly.

No I wouldn't knock.I learned a long time ago if the car's rocking,don't come knocking.At least someone will go home with a smile.

Just dont mind it & leave but observe carefully maybe there is crime on going inside the car and need your help to call a police.

as boring as it sounds, I'd just get in my car and let the guy have some fun. I hate being bothered while in the act.
