i more developed then most girls my age. boys are always stareing at my chest. i font think i should have to wear baggy shirts just cause they cant keep there eyes to themself.

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do about boys staring at your chest. They're going to do that for the rest of your life. It's not your fault - they're dumb helpless animals (lol). You don't have to wear baggy shirts or be ashamed but you can't stop them staring either. If someone is harassing you then tell your parents or a teacher but as for the staring, you're just stuck. Sorry. If it's any consolation, your girlfriends with no boobies are jealous of you.

Well you shouldn't have to wear baggy shirts just so those guys can't keep from staring, but you may have to anyway. Either that or flaunt it and smack them in the heads for being normal and looking. It is uncomfortable to be looked at in that way but it is always going to happen so either baggy it up or deal with it.

if uv got it flaunt it. Wear hoodies if ur conjust. But don't change for anyone. Just laugh or fight it off. Make comments or none. Ignor it. There is no right answer. But don't let them envying you kepp u from doing your thing. Which maybe sports, drawing etc. GOD gave you everything you have for a reason. Like if you have big lips---singing. you just have to work with what you got. if something like your lips or anything else were to leave you then you wou;dn't be you anymore. those kind of things make u who u r. thats just GOD telling u whose not the best people to go for. You don't have to wear baggy shirts.Blouses are great at making you look more normal.Tight sweaters will exaggerate your full form.Believe me,at that age, boys will stare at your chest even if it isn't large.If you devolep a great friendly personality,they will look at your face and smile.

as long as u have a larger chest guys are going to look no need to wear baggy shirts, because they are still going to look just maybe it want be that noticeable

You don't! Just cover up and tell them to keep their eyes to themselves if you don't want them looking. If you are showing then I'm sorry they will look.

Get used to it. No reason to cover up though. If you have it flaunt it. Just practice a few choice phrases to put down anybody who gets overly familiar. one of my favourites is "my **** may be big but even put together they aren't as bigger tit as you are."
