Whats the difference between the gigs between the xbox 360 regular & premium & the PS3 regular and premium?

Can someone list the price to gig ratio?
I only know that the $00 xbox 360 is 20 GBs... whats the other 3?

if there is no hard drive on the 360 you need memory cards...
