When in presence of people, I feel like I'm losing my consciousness. I'm overwhelmed by their perspective, by their "reality tunnels" and I literally see myself trhough their eyes, I feel their emotional response. It's like... I can be anyone but I can't be myself.

That's terrible. I want to LIVE my life again!!

How is it called in psychiatry? What to do except going to a shrink?

Whenever anyone feels as desperate as you do, and out of control then I recommend seeing a counselor and/or shrink. Basically, a couselor helps you find ways to deal with your problems and symptoms more effectively while a "shrink" mainly looks at your symptoms from a psychobiological perspective and prescribes medication. Both types of treatment can be effective, but if your symptoms are really interfering with your life I would see a psychiatrist. Not all are the same. some of them listen and try to counsel but they will ask you all sorts of questions in order to diagnose you (if you have a condition) and then prescribe a medication that can help alleviate symptoms.

Maybe you are a very empathic person.
Empathy = the process which helps you to get in the emotional mood that the person you interact with is; you live the same feeling (only different intensity - it depends of your "ability") that the person in front of you is.
It also depends on your environment, which also has an effect on your personality.
I think that with time, this got worse.
You should also go and talk with someone that can provide you professional help.

This could be a number of things, social anxiety, panic attacks. I have gotten the same way, I can feel them watching me and can almost imagine what they are thinking(hurry up) (your slow or stupid or a clutz) It is helpful to talk to someone and possibly get on some meds. Neither seemed to help me much, so I just try to cope the best I can and for me it does not happen all of the time.

You might be getting an extreme anxiety response.
I would advise seeing a doctor or talking to someone you can trust about it.
