Dreft is so expensive! It doesn't rinse out of clothes very well, either. Some babies will react to it, especially at first. You want something clean rinsing with no added fabric softeners or fragrance. I like Charlies Soap (it's not soap, it's a detergent) or Country Save. I get Charlies online and Country Save at the grocery. You still have to separate colors or they'll bleed. I don't use fabric softener of any kind (including dryer sheets). And I dry in the dryer (unless it's a sweater or something) because we live in Seattle where it's damp--it takes a long time to air dry things here.
