I have some vein collapse issues and have to slam it somewhere...Help a fella out eh?

Its not a good idea. Your exposing yourself to a source of infection. Would you have lunch at the dump every day? Would you drink water from a stagnant pond? Why inject yourself near a major source of bacteria? Your obvious solution is remove the cause of the need for the injections. That's what alternative medicine is used for. Cure the problem.

Find the vein which means you have to tie it off like you would your arm, anywhere in your body that there is a vein- which is in every part of your body- even your toes........

sure but you run the risk of having to have your penis removed if it goes wrong, but if drugs mean more than your manhood, go right ahead.

yes it can be done. but may i suggest you look into suboxone treatment. it works wonders. this question is probably B.S. but just incase who knows it save your life i've been there bud.
