ok, listen this one is very popular in harlem, where i live. There a train yard in harlem where they fixed broken subway trains, and often graffiti artists go there to do there thing. in the last 7 years, everybody that has gone there has died, well at least never come back. and at least 3 times, the people that have gone there hav showed up in the hudson river dead days later. It is now called the ghost yard, and up to this day, u can hear gunshots going off there. one rumor sayz that some OG's own the territory for their train graffiti, and kill anyone that comes by, but this report has never been proven

yes - i heard a story that there is a street in LA (some people say Chicago's south side) where there has not been any electricity for years... but the power company has refused to go check the lines because of crime in the area.
The weird part is that no one seems to notice and it is even said that the houses have lights on and the power is being drawn from an alternate source... (but not just a generator). There are supporting rumors that the properties on the street have ownership records that do not make any sense. That the dates are drawn up years before the properties were actually built.
I know this could probably be disputed very easily but it is kind of creepy to think about.

I have beat up so many minority's in my neighbourhood who tried to rob me or just got rude with me.That they made up a nickname for me and a song about how bad I am, so I am a legend in my on time.they don't dare call me odd though.will this do as an urban legend.?
Oh.this one I truly know to be absulutly true .Maybe, ha ha..But The space aliens mixed their dna in chimps and were the result.so that they may come and take children to be their slaves.

Watch the Mothman Prophecies. Also, in WV, there is told to be of a road in rural Wirt county that when traveling on, if you say a certain girls name three times you can hear the footsteps of that dead girl running along side your vehicle. I know people that swear to this, never been involved in it myself.
