How many Pi and Sigma bonds are there in Naphthalene? Is the number the same for all three resonance structures?

That's excluding all the C-H bonds add 8 more sigmas for that if you want.

Same for all resonance structures.

im not sure about the bonds,
but it would be the same for all resonance bonds, because u are just changing the placement of the bond, not changing the actual bond formation of it.
