the women who would help a japanese princess what would they be called? i know its not maid, could it be court women? someone who'd help the princess bathe, dress, and also i need to know the name of the women who would teach the princess how to behave in public, and in general. and if possible the name of the women who would teach her how to do things like read write and play shamisen....

Probably the Japanese equivalent of a Lady-in-waiting.

Not sure but I think they call them 'Sang Gong' or 'Unni' ina friendly way.
