Leeds United is my favorite team (I know I'll get mixed feelings after that statement), but I'll try to be impartial.

They are in a financial crisis at the moment, they recently hired a new manager, and to add fuel to the fire, they pay their players way much more than they're worth. Next season, when they're in the League One, they should dominate and be promoted back into the Championship. By then, some of the contracts will have ended, and they will have the chance to rebuild.

They should be able to attract some talented youngsters with their top-class training facilities, but otherwise, the near future looks quite grim.

All the reasons have been pretty much covered.

Maybe need to do what Man City did a few years back and drop into the third tier for a season or two, rebuild the club from top to bottom, get the finances under control, get some success back, ie winning League one title winning back some of the missing fans and start climbing the leagues again, Man City did it, why not Leeds, as long as we do the double over them next season when we're back in League One

Risdale. Overspent and destroyed Leeds Utd. And as a result, they have no money left to buy good players.

Financial mismanagement by ex- chairman Peter Ridsdale, who spent money like it was going out of fashion when he had no idea where it was actually going to come from.

He's just bought control at Cardiff now... poor old Cardiff, what have they done to deserve him?
