he was engaged to a lady named Liz they broke up for personal reasons..that was just recently well not exactly a year or two back...He was never with torrie wilson because torrie was married to Billy Kidman but they jst filed for divorce last year Trish Startus is currently engaged and Maria is with CM Punk they have been together for a while now a year or two....Also John always says in almost all his interviews or on wwe.com 5 questions with the champ that he is single.

Maria is engaged to CM Punk. Trish got married to her long time boyfriend. They have been dating long before she became a wrestler. Torrie just went through a divorce. She was married to Billy Kidman. I'm not sure if John has or had a girlfriend but he was not romantically involved with any of the ladies mentioned.
