I finished Pokemon Yellow, and I have a cord to attach the two Gameboy's (GBA and Color) but I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it. I just need to know if it can be done so I know if it is possible, or if it is the cord not working, or if it is just me being sucky. Help. Plez.

You cannot trade Pokemon between Yellow and Emerald. Since they're only designed for trading between GB and GC. Emerald is Only:

GB/GBC:
Red, Blue, yellow, silver, gold, crystal

GBA/DS:
Fire Red, Leaf Green, Emerald, Ruby and Sapphire

Trade Recipe Ingredients: -Emerald Version -Crystal Version -2 Gameboy Advances (1st Generation, SP can't hold Crystal) -2nd Generation link for the GBA Procedure: 1. Insert Emerald and Crystal Version into the GBA's. 2. Insert the link into both GBA's. 3. Enter Pokemon Centers in both games. 4. Enter a trade link. 5. Trade. Tip: Start a New Game everytime to try to get all of the starter Pokemon and GSC exclusives.

1. Connect both GBAs with the cable
2. Turn on both GBAs at the same time and if that doesn't work, turn on one GBA and the other a couple seconds after.
3. Go to a Pokemon center in both games
4. Talk to the person in charge of trading at a pokemon center
5. Trade the pokemon you want once the connection is established

Keep in mind that pokemon that did not exist in Yellow cannot be traded. For example, Pikachu exists in Yellow so you can trade a Pikachu to Emerald and Yellow but a Pokemon like Latios won't be read by the older game so a trade would not be possible.

I belive you can, may take a while though, you will need two gameboys and a link cable, and the right games, and person named BIG MAN, wtf do you know about getting a life if you have to come on here and put somone down just because they like pokemon. So your the one that needs to get a life.

If you probably traded to Silver version, then from silver to ruby, then to emerald.

I'm pretty sure you can't... I've tried it before and it didn't work, but then again I might have done it wrong.
