wow, im sure you could get a great job with a bank or accounting firm in market with a large spanish population (california, south florida, or any big city these days).
You could be an accountant, a financial consultant, etc......but the key is you speak spanish (im assuming you speak it well?)......go use it if you do, because you will see a higher pay scale for the Spanish, and companies will be dying to snatch you right up because of the additional languages.
best advice is move to california or south florida if you don't already live there. but let's face it, plenty of other regions have a high spanish speaking population.
I base this answer on the assumption that you want to have a job with great security and demand that also makes good money.
If you want a job you will enjoy doing, that is all based on your personality. You should go take the Meyer's Brigg's personality inventory for starters, and there are other good ones out there. Those will help you decide what you would be happy doing according to your personality. This is very important. If you are highly extroverted you probably wouldn't be very happy with being an accountant. Go research your personality....it is the most important thing anyone can do before pursuing a career. If you really want to get into it, go take a course in Organizational Psychology....or a Psychology class called "measurement and testing" or something of that nature. I studied this field in college and that class would teach you more about yourself than anything else.
good luck

Why did you major in the things you did? No one can tell you what would be a good career choice for you without real knowledge of who you are as a person.
Throwing out some ideas:
Math teach
Spanish teach
Interpreter for the Court or U.N.
Bookkeeper for bi-lingual
tutor
adult educator
Run your own business
But, the most important question is what gets you out of the bed each day. What is it that you do where times flies by and you don't even notice?
What are your strengths? Do you even like people (some do not)?
