The ostrich does not have webbed feet. It only has two toes on each of its big feet. It has strong legs, but no keel so it cannot fly. It is one the ratites, that is the running birds, which also includes kiwis, cassowaries, emus, rheas, and the extinct moas and elephant birds.

The largest web-footed bird is the albatross. Alabrosses make the the family Diomedeidae, related to the petrels, fulmars, and shearwaters of the family Hydrobatidae (sometimes called Procellariidae).

The albatross has the largest wingspan of any bird. The wandering albatross has a wingspan of about 12 feet. That is enormous for a flying bird. Much bigger than that of an eagle.

The royal albatross has a slightly larger wingspan than the wandering albatross but is a slightly smaller bird. Either of them along with the Amsterdam Island albtross (formerly thought to be a wandering albatross) would qualify as the largest web-footed bird. The other albatrosses are much smaller.
