You will definitely want to try Mary Kay's Satin Lip Treatment. It's a two step process. The first is called a Satin Lip Mask, which is a exfollient to buff away the dead skin, and the second is a Lip Balm which keeps the lips moisturized.
It's a great set and is 100% guarenteed so you can buy it, try it, and if your not satisfied then you can return it and get your money back! Check out my site below!!

Trick of the trade I learned! Lightly rub a small amount of vegetable oil onto your lips... following that rub a little sugar ontop of the oil (that is already on your lips) gently buff (slough) and exfoliate that dead skin away (gently no need to be vigorous)! Follow using Burt's Bees Chapstick or Hempz lip balm (just my personal preference)! There are other lip exfoliants on the market (I will post a link) but this is a quick and effective at home remedy (for the desperate)! If you are looking for a store bought product check out the link below and choose one to your liking! Best of Luck!
Not a fan of Mary Kay... we did a science experiment with their product when i was in beauty school and alot of the product is pore clogging and petroleum based (definately on a list of donts amongst stylists... Sorry I once turned a job down with them because I was not pleased with their product ingredients) also vaseline is petroleum based and pore clogging! Just some facts to think over! Im sure Ill get some negative points for my statement!

I actually do this a lot in the winter time. apply a large amount of Vaseline, then take an old tooth brush, soft, and lightly scrub lips. The dead skin will just come off, then wipe mouth, and reapply a small amount of Vaseline. Done.... this also helps bring back your natural lip color. I have people ask what color my lipstick is all the time, and I never wear any.

Buff them quick with your toothbrush every time you brush your teeth and follow up with a rich lip balm (such as Burt's bees or even a little vaseline). Also try piercing a vitamin e capsule and dabbing the contents on your lips for an intensive treatment. Try not to lick your lips because that will make any chapping, ing, or peeling worse.

Buy a lip exfoliant and use it often. Apply lip balm under your lipstick or wear alone. Stay away from Matte Lipsticks because they are drying.

Take care of your lips regularly to prevent the dead skin.Avoid the extremes of temperature.Hydrate your body by ensuring a proper water intake.and dont lick the lips when they feel dry.It makes them even dryer. Finally use a lip balm before you apply lipstick.Find a good brand for yourslef. When i was in india i used a "lotus lip balm" and it was good.Hope this helps.

There are a super sort of sturdy low-value lip products available. My own favourites are Vaseline Lip treatment and Carmex, which i discover somewhat smooths and softens my lips. solid success :)
