You need to have the file on your compuer. Connect the psp to your computer (or insert your memory stick) and transfer your file onto your PSP or memory stick. Then access it through the options on your psp. Make sure it is in an acceptable format also.

easiest way is to download and use software call PSP Video 9. Google it and download it. It converts the video and places it on the psp for you. Really easy.
