universtes give to certain peoples as award while poors fail many times to clear thease degrees

You mean honorary doctorates? Well, those things aren't worth anything. Not in the US anyways. It's just a way for universities to kiss up to someone rich and powerful and hopefully squeeze some donations out of them.

My uncle has one. It's more of a way for him to not feel embarrassed when he attends some school's function in which he's a board member of. Here, at a lot of the events (like a graduation), you show up in your cap and gown, wearing sashes if you hold a graduate degree (particularly doctorate ones). He only has a bachelors, so he's surrounded by people with sashes and it's embarrassing to him. He accepted the honorary degree so he can wear the full doctorate regalia and not stick out (in a bad way) while the university that gave it to him has a grateful member of their community who's also rich and powerful.
