Personally, I want to say Roy Oswalt and potentially John Lackey in the weak AL west. Also Chris Carpenter and Johan Santana always have a chance.. I don't think all of them will win 20, but one of them most definitely will

I would say that Santana has a good chance if he can come out blazing from the start, but he usually starts out slow. Others would be Carpenter, Halladay & Oswalt. I would like to say Schmidt as well, even though his stuff is not what it used to be, he is on a better team and he is still Ace material. Look for Danny Haren to do well this year.

It's always possible that Santana gets a 20-win season. I think he will. I think its time Chien-Ming Wang gets one. In the NL, Brandon Webb? I don't know why people are saying Pedro Martinez... He's injured until mid-season and even if he comes back it may not be a good recovery.

Nobody.
I believe teams have overspent on pitching and won't have the necessary defense to give the top pitchers that game or two here and there to put someone over the top.
