Grow foods. like milk, meat, eggs...
>we're open for posibilities... why not? if you eat more food there's a possibility that you would grow taller than not eating at all... (get it?).
>even 30's can still grow! why not? if their growth hormones is still active. try some vitamins... i think cherifer works. because my best friend use it and she becomes taller. she always measures up herslf to see if there's an improvement.
>sports! that will help you! it helps your body to "stretch" and those muscles can also be excercised.
>can i add more? maybe try also to drink plenty of water so that your cells will become healthy and have a chance to grow...
>sleep atleast 8 hours a day, your body is tired for the days activity so it needs rest right?
>good luck!

I don't really think its possible really, but i know that i added a whole inch to my overall height by pilates and a special gentle stretching exercise which actually slightly lengthened my calves.
Just put your hand on a chair for balance, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart then gently squat as low as you can go, then rise again slowly, i repeat this about 15 times a day, but you could try more, just do it regularly and don't be too optomistic!
Hope that helped :]
p.s. sorry, but eating more food will just make you fat! which will make you look even shorter!
p.p.s. there is some new op in china or japan where they lenghthen your limbs to make you taller, but aparently its not been confirmed safe yet, but fingers crossed for you!

Sorry, you're height is preset. It's not like weight in that it goes up and down. I would say at 20 you still have a couple of years growth in you but the main spurt in males is normally between 14 and 17 so don't expect too much!

You are not able to alter your top on account that it's genetically pre-determined. What you can do is ensure you might have just right posture, so you're maintaining your back straight and now not hunching your shoulders over, or you could are attempting lifts on your sneakers or wearing footwear with a small heel.

You are out of luck at this or any age really little affects your future height. Provided you eat well and take normal exercise and have no diseases that affect height you are stuck with the hand you were dealt with by your genetics.

1. Fix up an apparatus so that you can hang upside down for a couple of hours a day. in time your body will stretch under its own weight and you will be taller.
2. Whilst you are up there say prayers to which ever God you like pleading to be made taller by divine intervention
3. Aleays eat your greens. Broccoli, Spinach and Spring Cabbage are good. Also "long" vegetables like carrots (avoid baby ones), celery, rhubarb, parnsips, etc.
4. And lastly ensure that you have a good supply of horse manure in each shoe at all times. It does wonders for my garden plants. You never know.

your height is to a large extent genetically determined and at 20 your potential for further growth is small - maybe a cm or two at most
what you ate as a child and a teenager were important - more so than now
exercise and keep yourself fit - you might not get taller but if your body is buff no one cares!

At 20 the only growing you can do is OUTWARDS.
Face it - you are going to stay the height you are.

you would be unable to alter your top simply by fact it is genetically pre-desperate. What you're able to do is be sure you have solid posture, so which you're protecting your lower back immediately and not hunching your shoulders over, or you will possibly desire to attempt lifts on your footwear or donning footwear with a small heel.

Vegetables might have those minerals I haven’t got from all those years of ice creams and cakes. And also, less the carbs and more the proteins; it will take a big deal of change. But I believe it is easily doable.
