Two 2.5-oz packages means that you are buying 5 oz for $1. Since a pound is 16 oz that means you need to find out how many times 5 goes into 16 to figure out the cost per pound. The answer is A.) 3.20/lb becuase 3.20 multiplied by 5 is 16.00

Everyone is right with A.
If you want to know how much a pound (lb) of salami would cost, you need to find how much 16 ounces (oz) would cost.
If you're getting 2 lots of 2.5 oz packages for $1, then you know how much 5 oz costs.
Therefore, 1 oz alone must be 20¢.
Multiply 20¢ by 16 oz (1lb) and you get $3.20.

Is it on sale? I'd say go with the roast turkey instead, that's only $2.50/lb (and it tastes much nicer).
Come on, if you can't do this kinda stuff yourself, you'll get easily conned when you grow up.
The answer is technically A, but because most salami these days are 20% added water, it's really none of the above.

You get 5 oz. for $1.
There are 16 oz. in a pound.
So:
5 / 16 = 1 / x
5(x) = 16
x = 3.20
The answer is A.

Here's the work behind the answer, so that you can defend it -
2(2.5 oz) = 5 oz = $1
There 16 oz in one pound
So there are $16/5 = $3.20 a pound based on the 5-oz. price.
