Besides a light cold for a cause and "relaxing" for a response (we know both), we are specifically wondering if:

1) we should stop his daily day-care (he is picked up for a half hour walk in the morning to the center)?

2)anything else to do?

If you have baseboard heat or forced air heat, he might be just dried out. Try running a cool mist vaporizer in his room at night to put a little moisture in the air. (Warm humidifiers can burn)

If he's not acting sick, and doesn't have a fever, I wouldn't stop day care unless there's any kids that are immuno-compromised there. If there's any fever or sickness, then defintiely keep him home.
