Look to a Venture Capital company. However, you should have a sound business plan and not just a "good idea". In your business plan, you should detail how the investor will get a return, what are his/her risks in investing, how are you going to minimize those risks, what is the exit strategy if the company doesn't perform. In short, why sound he/she be interested in your idea. Is your website developed?

Also, why are you so sopposed to the idea of bank financing. SBA loans are available and depending on your ethnicity and/or plan, various programs are available including low-doc and minority access. Also there are minority grants to help start a business. SCORE is a resource where retired senior executives help you with your plan at little or no cost.

If your website is functioning, try advertising. People may want to advertise on your website if it will utimately help them in revenue.

Why don't you google "private investors"? I'm sure you'd find dozens who would jump at the chance of making "millions" with knowing absolutely nothing about whom they were loaning their money to!
