If the writers of 24 try to pull the whole alien invasion story line would you still watch 24? Jack Bauer in space that would be awesome!

No, that would be terrible and a complete disgrace to the show. The main reason that so many people (including me) love this show is because everything seems so possible and real. The writers have used the real-time element to its fullest and in my opinion have perfected the reality that we relate to. Doing something like that would ruin the integrity of the show.

No, that sounds like crapppp. But what would be awesome is to see Sleeper Cell from Show Time merge with 24. Thats cool.

That would be taking the show to the ridiculous, but i am such a fan, i must admit i would probably watch it...One way they could turn that probably into a Most Definitely is to bring back Almeida... I mean with Alien technology, certainly we could have Tony.....

That would be a great curve ball to throw, but they would have to be very careful bring in such a fake bad guy when they have always done so well with the real ones.
