I find Yahoo Maps the most reliable internet source, although they almost always estimate VERY high on driving time in rural areas.
Sometimes the mapping services won't recognize an address. If you know the nearest cross street or a nearby business, you can often get them to recognize those.

if mapquest didn't work, try Yahoo Maps, AAA Internet Triptik, and possibly Google (I cannot remember if they use mapquest technology)
If all else fails, contact the location you are going to, and have them give you directions.
Good luck

i assume the previous school way may be the suited. you will discover many interesting issues on a map. That way you may look on the concepts and probably detect a stable area street which will lead you to a pair interesting area which you'll be able to omit in any different case. i like analyzing maps and searching for those little off the main effective street adventures.

Yahoo! Maps. I've always gotten to my destination by their directions, and haven't gotten lost except by my own fault ^_^
