1) Check what's availiable at the colleges you are interested in
2) Talk to your guidance counselor
3) Check out http://www.scholarships.com ; it gives you schlorships in almost everything and most are not known (which makes it easier to win them)

Check with your university financial aide office - they can provide a wealth of information. Many universities have on campus scholarships as well from departments, programs, and from the community at large. You should inquire about these scholarships. Although many of them are small dollar amounts - ranging from $500 to $2000, you would be surprised how incredibly low the competition is - not many students apply for them.

I hear that http://www.scholarships.com is a good one. It's one of the biggest search engines for scholarships. My friend found a scholarship based on that one.

Based on experience, I would recommend scholarships.com. It's a free service that allows you to find scholarships that apply to you (you create a profile). Dont get discouraged because you assume there are too many applicants and too little time. It really helps to find a scholarship that is pretty narrow on qualifying applicants. Good luck finding funding!

I agree with Paulina. I prefer Scholarships.com over the others.
I was very specific in my profile in terms of my background and I ended up with many scholarship opportunities just for asians!
I think everyone should check it out! http://scholarships.com
And if you don't have time, just get your parents to do it!
