First of all, I'm not sure this is the best place to ask a question like that. It's sort of like going to a bar to find out how to stop drinking, but anyways...
My suggestion is to join "YAA"- YahooAnswers Anonymous. They have a wonderful 12 step program that is guaranteed to break even the strongest YAs addiction.
Another possibility is getting a life. I find that always helps.

No, addiction of any sort can NOT be cure, but it can be arrested at any time and then recovery is possible. 1. We admitted we were powerless over our addiction that our lives had become unmanageable. 2. Came to believe that a power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity. 3. Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him. 4. Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves. 5. Admitted to God, to ourselves and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs. shall i go on. There are 7 more. oh, 8 if you're want to hook up while recovering. lol. WAR SUCKS. France makes ya sexier.

I have developed a method called "Addiction Conflict-ion". The purpose is to replace your current addition with something else. For example Yahoo Chat instead.

As I sit here with needles in my arms....shooting questions into myself as quickly as I can...swallowing glasses full of double shots of answers....waiting for someone to pass me the pipe full of Best Answers.....I say to you with a blank stare....
