clinton was actually a pretty good president, other than the affair thing...but from a political and economical standpoint he was good.
Andrew Johnson was by far the worst president ever.

Historians have debated the rating of presidents for years. Certainly two should be named in the top of the list of the worst: James Buchanan and Warren G. Harding. (We will exclude Richard Nixon for this debate, because he actually did have some achievements in his terms of office before screwing up and being forced to resign.)
Although we don't spend much time in our history classes discussing these two men, each in their own way had presidencies that were a disaster for the country.
Buchanan, because he watched the Union start to dissolve as the Southern states gradually led themselves into secession and rebellion, and did little if anything to solve the tension. He may well have speeded the war that would destroy the South and cause a long and brutal civil war.
Harding, because he was a face without the intellectual ability to be the Chief Executive, as he let special interests rob the government, led by his Attorney General, who later went to prison. At the same time, his personal life was unraveling with mistresses and illegitimate kids, and a plot that would have rivalled a tv soap opera today. If he had not died of some kind of food poisoning or stroke he might well have been indicted and impeached. Overall, his presidency was a fiasco.

Bush is no where near the top 5, and neither is Lyndon Johnson. Arguments could be made for Carter, ANDREW Johnson, and Chester Arthur.

I'm pretty sure that no one with half of a brain would ever put Clinton on a 'worst presidents' list no matter what they think of his personal life...
George W Bush has done more harm and less good to this country than any other president in the history of the United States.
It will take a decade to clean up his mess!

I can tell it's Bush because of the many weird accusations he made. I admit that i do not know how he rules America because that ain't my business since i don't live there. But having studied the other former presidents of the States, i would have to say Bush when you are going to think of what he does internationally for all of us, the Iraq war, etc. All Bush. It wasn't only Bush because he had his ***** Tony Blair supporting him. Now the 100th British soldier died, one of them by friendly fire.
Have a good day.

The person who attacked Iraq for no reason whatsoever - George W Bush.
No weapons of mass destruction and no ties with 9/11
He will be remembered as a failure and rightfully so.
