can I get toned on every part of my body except the stomache?without hurting the baby

Anything thing that you did before you got pregnant you can continue to do except situps. you can't just start an execise program when you get pregnant.

While being pregant you can go to the hospital were they have an parenting execrise class. Which just off the top of your head you need to do the basic walking, back streching, and just alot of things that will cause to want give your self a brake. Also just the usual housework and cleaning. To go out and get your heart pumping.

There are a lot of cool fit pregnancy videos, you can buy or get at the library. Swimming is good and walking is good, but don't expect to get into great shape while you are pregnant if you are not already in good shape. But excercise is good for you and the pregnancy and will help you return to your pre-baby weight quicker.

you can do any exercises you want to as long as they are not jarring. you can even do sit-ups in the early months if you want to.

No jogging, horseback riding (duh), or anything too strenuous. Yoga is great for toning as is swimming. No aerobics or anything where you have a lot of impact.
