I am madly in love with this girl I work with ( we are both bi) anyways I sent one of my friends to tell her that I liked her and thought she was pretty. By the way she is butchy and I am very girly. Anyways she told my friend that she was shocked because I didn't look Bi. Anyways I found out that the girl I like has a girlfriend and I went up to her and told her that I was sorry if I made her uncomfortable but that I didnt no she had a girl and that I would respect her as in not hit on her. And she told me she still wants to be friends. But now at work its so awkward between us we stare at each other than look away or she will see me pass by and will stop to ask me a stupid question just so she can talk to me up close. Anyways should I go back on my word and ask her out. Do you think its possible that she will leave her girl for me? I just want to kiss her beautiful mouth and hold her. What should I do?

You should ask her yourself if she is attracted to you. Anything else is just rumor or speculation.
I think if you are expecting to go out with her, and she is already in a relationship, you are setting yourself up for disappointment. It depends on what her relationship's rules are.

if she will realize that she is i love with u and that her feelings 4 her are smaller than her feelings to u it could be possible that she will leave her girlfriend 4 u.... and then u can kiss her beautiful mouth, hold her, dance with her, do everything with her....
i think that the only person who is gonna suffer from this is her girlfriend.... it's pretty s.h.i.t.y.... to be left for another one...
but if she loves u more she will make her understand this...

Personally I think it will be up to her to try and pursue you. You know, given the fact that she does already have a girlfriend. You may not be "desperate" but you don't want to seem as if you are throwing yourself at her. If I were you, I would "make" her come to me and ask me out. For example, be a little more sexy without trying to make it obvious what you are trying to do. And don't be pushy. Good luck with that.

as you know, she has a girlfriend and that like you mentioned that you would : "respect her as in not hit on her".
recognizing that she has a girlfriend is a first step because this allows you, as a person, to find another girl that perhaps she (the girl that you will find) will be your one and only bisexual girlfriend, and for this girl that you are madly in love with my answer to you is LEAVE HER ALONE!!!

well ask her " how is ur girlfriend doing and how things are going on between them " also ask her how did they meet and stuff like that and if u see that she is not feeling good about her relationship.. try to ask her one more time but if u get that she is tottaly in love with her gf.. then just let her go
