I purchased a brand new car in 2004 and let me tell I have had soooo many problems with this car it is un real. I sorta know the answer to the basic question what I really want to know if it can how do I "freely" find out if it was in fact a damaged car before it was sold to me "brand new"? Or if anyone knows how someone could sale a damaged car as new that would help also.

Thanks a bunch in advance!!!!!

I did a carfax it said there were 6 reports on the car but I thought it was just a trick to get me to pay. Should I?

Gather up your paperwork. If it says that the car sold to you was new, then you can probably get them busted for fraud. Unfortunately, it's a long process - and you'll probably have to sue them if you want to be compensated.

Good luck!

If you bought it brand new off the lot I highly doubt it was damaged. That usually happens with used cars. But it's a little late to complain about it being a lemon....almost 3 yrs. have past. To qualify as a lemon, you would have needed to bring it back to the dealer 3x to repair the same thing. That happened to my dad....his 2001 Chevy was a lemon...got his money back and bought a Toyota. He's never been happier.

First of all, what kind of car is it? Was it bought "as-is" from a Dealer, or was it actually brand new?
