Okay, on the plump lips part...there are certain lip glosses and treatments, I have one by Sally Hansen. It basically has something in it (mine has peppermint oil I think) that increases the blood flow in that area. Check Walgreens or CVS or a local drug/beauty store.

I have hazel eyes too. I have heard that a deep purple will make the hazel "pop", so I've used that or a charcoal color...but not too heavy. Just do it lightly so it's not overdone. Also, if you look in the makeup sections of your local store, some cosmetic companies are making compacts that are made specifically for certain eye colors. If you want shimmer, you'll have to find a shimmer cream eyeshadow or another shimmer powder dusted on the eyelids.

Hope this helps, from another hazel-eyed blonde! =)

Try neutral or peach lip gloss or lip stain and peach blush. All cocoa and beige eye shades should match your eye color and accent your eyes, just avoid too much make up.

Use Almay. They have a line for each eye color; hazel, brown, green, and blue. I use it on my brown eyes and I get many compliments.
