As an AP student, many sit there with a blinking line on the computer screen wondering what to write several times a week. One feels himself compelled to write an amazing paper every time one is due just to show his professor that he can handle the task: however, one seems to find himself in a situation every time an assignment comes about where he cannot decide which rhetorical devices to analyze or which persuasive strategy to use. This time, a process analysis paper is the assignment and the objective is to, by the end of this paper, make the reader better understand and comprehend how to effectively write an essay for Composition 101.

Since your writing shows that you already know the rules of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and such, you probably cringe as you see the horrible mistakes made in all of the above. Why don't you write an essay on the most common mistakes to avoid, devoting a paragraph to each, and demonstrating what the errors look like, and how to fix them. This is what most Comp. 101 students need most. You might actually help a lot of students.

The intro is so dull... I'm almost asleep. Keep it up, you're curing my insomnia.

Write a paragraph about rhetorical things like sarcasm, analogy, and whatever you find interesting in there.

"one seems to find himself" should be one seems to find oneself. Perhaps replace some "ones" with "the student"... And you say many, which is plural, so it should go on with they seem to find themselves....be more human in your opening and the ideas will flow better.

The quickest way to get the creative juices flowing is to sit at the keyboard and start typing. Don't worry about getting it perfect at first, just get going. You can always edit it to perfecton later. Good luck.
