I think the two lads were from Liverpool and they ran away to Wales for the summer where they ended up staying with some old guy. I remember watching it and enjoying it when it was on but cant mind all the details. Sorry.

I remember it...it was about two scousers who went to wales to get away from some trouble.
One of them ends up crashing a car and dying at the end.
