YES! And they're cute! Make sure to use plenty of live plants for climbing/hiding places and they help keep the humidity up.

I had a tank of 5 a few years ago. They are very interesting animals, but do your research first! I learned my lesson, I thought, well I have kept reptiles for ten years, how hard can frogs be? Well, the joke was on me as I didn't check for optimal cage temperatures, and fried 5 frogs in a week. There went 100 bucks. There is a book you can pickup published by Advanced Vivarium Systems called Popular Tree Frogs, there is a whole section of the book dedicated to red-eyes. There are three authors, but I imagine it would be listed under Phillippe de Vosjoli. I think I picked up my copy for around 15 bucks at Petsmart. Good Luck!

You can keep them, and you can hold them, though you may want to wait till it grows a little unless it's absolutely necesary. Also you should always wash your hand first, as they can absorb whatever chemicals are on your hands through their skin.
Wash your hands after too, as you can absorb whatever grime is on them through your mouth. ;)
I don't know if the other comment here was because they are delicate or she thinks they are poisonous.
I had two and held them all the time, they even got very used to me and didn't jump so much when I held them.

Great pets and VERY pretty.
I think you should really do some research before you buy one though, and be very aware of what you will need before acquiring your frog though.

Good luck!

you can, but they can not be touched, are extremily delicate, and, tiny very tiny. I would not reccommend it.
