I think they will go higher, are economy is pretty strong and the interest rate has been pretty low for awhile. Inflation would have to be cracked down upon eventually.

Not a whole lot. The feds are concerned about the housing slump so have been holding off on increases.

Anything in a 6 month period wont be substantial so dont freak out over it.

6 out of the last 7 times we have seen an inverted yield curve (which we now have) it has led to a recession in the economy quite soon. That would make rates go down....but we'll see if it rings true this time.

if you are talking bank base rate, it will go up in April/may to 5..50% and come down to 5% by Christmas.

well that is what all the annalists are saying!
