I have to say the Packers will have their second dynasty. They have many young players in there early 20's and they seem to be improving.

Its only 2007, how can you tell? The first draft class of the 2010 decade is only just starting college right now....you think in 1997 you could have predicted the Patriots, behind Bledsoe and Parcells, were going to go 3 for 4 in a few years? Could anyone have predicted the Triplets would rise to power in the Lone Star State, or Favre in Cheeseland, way back in 1987?
I'm just going to go with my fan card and pick the Raiders. Al Davis doesnt have enough gas in his tank to make it through to 2020, so when he goes, or hopefully just steps down to live out his years with his family like he's earned, the franchise will be free of a major roadblock to its success, and the good that he did for the team (savvy drafts, building a strong front office, keeping the mystique alive) will overcome all his meddling and lack of vision, and start to show its full potential. Especially if someone like John Madden steps back in to take the reins, the team could really explode like the Pats did in the early 2000s or the Bengals, nee Bungles, are doing today, sans the warrants.

I agree with droid327 because it is way to early to predict a future dynasty, However, if I had to pick a team that is playing today to be the dynasty of the next decade it would be the Titans. The Titans have one of the youngest teams in the league and they went 8-8. Vince Young showed that he can win and they have some young talent. The only question mark they may have going into the future is running back. Which if Lendale White can step up and put up a few 1000 yard seasons will not be a question. The defense will mature with time and Young will get better with time.

i love the Titans and the Falcons interior the 2010's because they have sturdy Defenses. also, they have youthful QBs ( Vince youthful and Matt Ryan) and elite RBs (Chris Johnson and Michael Turner). those communities can make a run interior the 2010's.

The NY Jets. They have the next great coach. A passable QB, and a great fiscal situation, being way under the salary cap.
The Jets have the most spending room under the cap for this offseason, and are a team on the rise.

The Bills are back on the rise and on the brink of greatness. If you look at last years games, nearly every game they lost was less than a touchdown. A couple more years of experience and they are their. They should be too, they have been rebuilding for nearly 15 years.
