He should have his rights steped on forever & be tortured somewhere repeatedl & die a slow, and painful death.
Why do we care about a sicko's rights? I have no clue.
He sure did not care about the littel girls he murdered. This is just another ploy (like his 1st to appear insane, & therefore escape his double murder trial) he is using to try to get some relief from life term he is currently serving. He will probably try other things to get out of the sentence/ to have the decision appealled.
