Did you delete the recycle bin or did you delete the contents? The contents can't be saved once you remove them from the recycle bin. If you deleted your actual recycle bin, you will need to restore it by using your windows CD to fix/repair windows.

If you are running windows xp , just do a system restore. go back to a date that was before you deleted the recycle bin

You can't...once you empty it there isn't an 'undo' option.

However, there are pieces of software that you can get that will scan your hard drive and search for deleted files. There are no guarantees that it will find anything useable, but you can try. Most of them cost, but I think there may be 1 or 2 that are free.
